1. Eligibility

To register and use BloxTime, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by your local laws.
• Have only one account per user, per household.
• Not use any VPNs, proxies, virtual machines, or remote desktop tools to access the site.

Accounts suspected of violating these requirements may be suspended or terminated without notice.

2. Account Policy

• You are responsible for securing your account. Sharing login credentials is not allowed.
• Users are prohibited from creating duplicate, alt, or shared accounts.
• Linked accounts on the same IP/device may result in all accounts being flagged or banned.
• We reserve the right to request verification (ID, selfies, etc.) at any time to confirm user identity.

3. Offers & Rewards

• Offers, surveys, and tasks are provided by third-party networks. Offer completion is not guaranteed.
• Some offers may be pending while undergoing advertiser validation or anti-fraud review. This can take up to 30 days.
• Rewards for offers may be reversed if:
  • You provided false or misleading information
  • You used automated tools or scripts
  • The advertiser flags your activity as fraudulent

We are not liable for offers that do not credit or that reverse due to third-party actions.

4. Fraud & Abuse

Strictly prohibited actions include:

• Using VPNs, bots, automated tools, emulators, or spoofed devices.
• Submitting fake, stolen, or misleading information during offers.
• Attempting to manipulate the system, payouts, or other users.
• Interfering with site operations or security.
• Participating in click fraud, fake referrals, or identity farming.

Violations will result in permanent bans, loss of balance, and exclusion from rewards.

5. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to eligibility checks and may require:
  • Email or phone verification
  • Offerwall activity verification
  • Manual or automated fraud review
• Withdrawals can be delayed, denied, or reversed if suspicious activity is detected.
• We reserve the right to change payout thresholds or available withdrawal methods at any time.

6. Referral Program

• Users may refer others using a personal referral link and earn a commission on their activity.
• Referrals must be real users, not fake accounts, bots, or people in your household/IP.
• Abuse of the referral system will result in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all referral earnings.
• Referral earnings may be delayed if referred users are under review for fraud.

7. Giveaways & Promo Codes

• Giveaways and promo codes are provided at our discretion and are subject to specific rules.
• Users who attempt to spam, exploit, or auto-redeem codes or giveaways will be disqualified and/or banned.
• Giveaway winners may be required to verify their identity or complete tasks before receiving rewards.

8. Discord Community

• Participation in our Discord server is optional but subject to moderation.
• Users must follow the rules posted in Discord, including:
  • No spam, self-promotion, or abusive behavior
  • No impersonation or spreading false information
  • No sharing exploits, cheats, or fake offers
• Violations will result in mute/kick/ban from the server and possibly the platform.

9. Leaderboards & Bonuses

• Daily, weekly, or monthly leaderboards may reward top users based on activity.
• Users who gain points through suspicious or invalid means will be removed from leaderboards.
• Leaderboard manipulation (e.g., self-referrals, alts) is strictly prohibited and subject to account bans.

10. Promo Campaigns & Events

• During site-wide events (e.g., x2 point weeks, challenges), rewards may be boosted.
• Abuse of event mechanics may lead to disqualification from bonuses or bans.
• All events are subject to change or early termination without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:
  • Loss of access to your account due to forgotten credentials
  • Non-crediting of offers or third-party network issues
  • Reversed transactions or earnings flagged by advertisers
• All services are provided "as-is", with no warranties of any kind.

12. Changes to the Terms

• We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
• When changes are made, the updated version will be posted here with the new revision date.
• Your continued use of BloxTime after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

• Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: fraud, abuse, harassment, and repeated violations of our policies.
• Terminated accounts may forfeit any remaining balance.
